Having graduated from Bangor University
studying English Language & Journalism
I went on to study my NCTJ, ChE Print
Journlism at Glyndwr University, Wrexham.
I am now a Studio Assistant concentrating on
behind-the-scenes and production work at a
community radio station, in Crewe.
I have previously spent time as a Sports Editor
in student media and a programme controller
in student radio. Also spending eight months
at the Chester Leader and Standard.
More than half of the UK listens to radio online, according to new figures from the Radio Joint Audience Research (RAJAR).
The research says that more than 28.6 million people now listen to online radio for more than five minutes at least once a week. The share of digital listeners now stands at 39.6 per cent in the first quarter of the year, which is up from 36.6 per cent in the same period last year.
